Amazing stay, as always. Overall clean and friendly hotel, amazing breakfast. Efficient and amicable stuff with a good portion of humor. The rooms where tastefully decorated and big and the service exceptional. Not to mention good wifi!

The location was easy, relatively near Royal William Yard. What's more, it was next to a motorway. The double room was big size, it had central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and unforgettable! The staff were really helpful and welcoming. I loved that they offered a pick-up service to the hotel, which saved us from navigating the area with our luggage. The breakfast had a range of delicious hot and cold options that left us feeling satisfied all morning.
Wi-Fi connectivity was a challenge and disappointing, especially as I needed to stay connected throughout my city trip. , the carpet in the room was stained and it was very noticeable, despite the otherwise cleanliness of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the place was really clean. The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had a pleasant city break, thanks to the beautiful view from the balcony and the excellent restaurant at the hotel. the staff was really helpful and the room was quite spacious. the breakfast buffet was quite impressive, with a variety of cold and hot dishes to choose from. the sauna was also a nice touch and we appreciated having access to it.
The hotel was quite close to the main road, so there was some traffic noise that bothered us at night. the self check-in system did not work properly and we had to check-in at the front desk.

The hotel looked nice from the outside and was located conveniently close to a road with easy access to parking. the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi only worked in certain areas of the hotel and the noise from the nearby main road was an annoyance.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and they even offered to pick me up from the train station, which was really convenient for me. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. I also enjoyed using the sauna and big screen TVs.
